With over 1,000+ devices deployed across 200+ hospitals, our mission is to impact millions of lives through cutting-edge medical technology.Website: BangaloreReports to: Director, FinanceEmployment type: Regular Full-timeRole Overview: The Senior Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This role requires strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting, grant accounting, and hands-on proficiency in Tally Prime. The candidate will play a key role in supporting timely financial reporting, maintaining statutory compliance, and coordinating effectively with internal teams to ensure smooth accounting workflows.Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day accounting activities. Maintain vouchers, receipts, bills, payments, and all accounting records. Manage Sales & Purchase registers and update entries in Tally Prime.2/ERP. Prepare quotations and purchase orders through ERP. Perform monthly GST, EPF, and PT workings and assist in return filing. Reconcile Sundry Debtors and Creditors. Manage inventory records in Tally Prime. Handle petty cash records and banking operations (cheques, deposits, NEFT/RTGS). Maintain grant accounting records.Qualifications and experience: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or related qualification. 5 - 8 years of experience in Manufacturing Accounting. Proficiency in Tally Prime.2. Knowledge of grant accounting.Skills required: Strong knowledge of manufacturing accounting and inventory processes. Good knowledge of GST, EPF, PT workings and compliance. Strong MS Office skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.
