Production Management:
Oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficientand effective operations.
Develop and implement production plans and schedulesto meet demand and maximizeproductivity.
Monitor production activities and adjust schedules as needed to maintain workflow.
Team Leadership:
Lead, manage, and motivatethe production team to achieveproduction goals.
Conduct regular performance reviews,provide feedback, and facilitate professional development.
Foster a positive work environment, and promote teamworkand collaboration.
Quality Control:
Ensure that all productsmeet quality standardsand specifications.
Implement and maintain qualitycontrol procedures to detect and correct defects.
Coordinate with the qualityassurance team to address any quality issuespromptly.
Process Improvement:
Identify and implement processimprovements to enhanceefficiency and reducewaste.
Utilize lean manufacturing principles and best practices to optimize production processes.
Monitor and analyze production metrics to drivecontinuous improvement initiatives.
Health and Safety:
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and guidelines.
Promote a safety cultureand conduct regularsafety audits and training sessions.
Address any safety concernsor incidents promptlyand effectively.
Inventory and Resource Management:
Manage inventory levels to ensure an adequate supplyof materials and components.
Coordinate with procurement to source materials and negotiate with suppliers.
Optimize resource utilization to minimize costs and maximizeoutput.
Reporting and Documentation:
Prepare and maintain detailedproduction reports and records.
Analyze production data and provide insightsand recommendations to senior management.
Ensure accurate documentation of production processes and standard operatingprocedures.
Collaboration and Communication:
Work closely with otherdepartments, including R&D,engineering, and logistics, to ensure seamlessoperations.
Communicate production status, challenges, and updates to relevant stakeholders.
Participate in cross-functional meetingsand contribute to strategic planninginitiatives.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degreein Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a relatedfield.
4-5 years of experience in production management, preferably within the battery or electronics manufacturing industry.
