Job Summary:

Hiring for an innovative, data driven and metrics oriented Product Head to own end to endorganic subscription and revenue goals for Times Prime as well fintech goals and features forassociated businesses. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with ambiguity and be ableto make course corrections depending on learnings, and user & business needs. The candidatewill work extensively with the Tech and Design team to devise and implement new productlaunches , measure impact and drive optimizations.

They will oversee a team of Product Managers, Designers and Data Analysts and own the endto end organic subscription and revenue metrics for the Times Prime B2C business. They willalso lead the TIL financial services business and work on multiple fintech products like creditcards marketplace, a new Times Internet co-brand card and personal lending products. Theywill also further extend the roadmap to discover new opportunities in keeping with the macroenvironment

Roles & Responsibilities

Optimize and grow Times Prime organic subscription and revenue metrics including organicacquisition, retention, referrals and engagement.Conceptualise and launch an app for a new Times Internet co-brand cards and other financialservice use casesDevise pre and post issuance credit card application journeys across platformsWork with issuers, CICs, NBFCs, 3rd party players etc and internal legal & compliance teamsAlign with business , tech and central compliance teams for implementation of financial usecases on TIL wide platformsSeek and synthesize customer signals on the platform through qualitative and quantitativeanalysis in partnership with Analytics teamFocus on customer pain points and come up with scalable and technology driven solutions to address the same

Minimum Qualification Required:8-10 Years of experience, in product management in a fast paced startup with demonstrablerevenue impact preferably in fintechExperience in scaling 1-10 or 10-100 Fintech productsBachelor’s/ Masters degree from a premier institutionProficiency in SQL and database management
