Job Description:-

We are looking for a Production Head - Agrochemical Formulation for our client place based at Jaipur. The ideal Candidate have to handle entire production operation activities for formulation segment. The ideal will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily production operations within the manufacturing plant. This includes ensuring that production processes are efficient, comply with safety regulations, and meet the quality standards required. He will work closely with other departments to achieve the company's production objectives.

Role & responsibilities

Ensure achievement of monthly and annual production target with zero quality issue.Planning / organizing of material / manpower / machinery by creating the monthly plan of production and coordinate with the corporate teams to ensure availability of manpower, material, etc.Monitoring daily production & ensuring that all machines are operating as per the defined parameters to maximize of output & achieve efficiency.Maintaining production control records & provide information to sales representative, customers & managements regarding delivery dates, schedules & operating problems.Handling of raw materials, production planning & control, finished goods, and maintenance regarding preventive and breakdown.Organizing the routine cleaning, maintenance and replacement of machines, production equipment and spare parts.Leading and managing a team comprising the heads of departments of Safety, Quality, Production, Supply Chain, Packing, Administration and Maintenance at a plant level efficiently & effectively.Ensure accurate documentation and record-keeping as per of all recipe modifications and adjustments.Responsible for preparation of daily & monthly report for management.Budgeting & Cost ControlEnsuring compliance to all relevant safety, quality & environment management & control across the production section to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/services & a responsible environmental attitude.Collaborate with the quality team to incorporate new formulations and improve existing ones.Increasing production, assets capacity and flexibility while cutting unnecessary costs and adhering to quality standardsEnsure in-process QC and its strict implementation.Ensure carrying out internal & external plant audits.Responsible for Analyzing manpower requirement and organizing in consultation with HR

Desired candidate profile:-The primary responsibilities will include managing production schedules, ensuring quality control, enhancing operational efficiency, and fostering a culture of safety.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agrochemical manufacturing, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering results in a production environment.Minimum 10-20 years of experienceFamiliar with all types of reactors, mixes design and chilling and cooling systemsGood communication skills
