Role Overview
We seek a skilled QA Manager to lead an established QA team, streamline processes, automate workflows, and enhance synchronization between development and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management:
- Lead and mentor the QA team.
- Set performance benchmarks and foster a high-performance culture.
2. Process Optimization:
- Address inefficiencies in QA workflows.
- Implement streamlined processes for faster, high-quality outcomes.
- Establish secure authentication protocols.
3. Automation Implementation:
- Transition from manual to automated testing.
- Manage tools like Selenium, Cypress, etc.
4. Collaboration:
- Align QA efforts with development timelines via sprint participation.
5. Delivery Excellence:
- Ensure timely, high-quality feature releases.
- Define and track QA metrics like defect rates and test coverage.
6. Continuous Improvement:
- Stay updated on testing tools and trends.
- Recommend and implement process enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills
Education:
- Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent.
Experience:
- 10+ years in QA, with 6+ in leadership roles.
- US healthcare experience is a plus.
- Expertise in QA automation and CI/CD integration.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient with tools like Selenium, Cypress, etc.
- Experience in API, functional, and performance testing.
- Knowledge of security and authentication testing.
Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Problem-solving mindset focused on quality and efficiency.
