Your Mission
As the Head of Credit Risk, you will:
Innovate Credit Products: Develop ground breaking credit solutions tailored to underserved markets.
Establish Risk Frameworks: Create credit-granting processes, including risk models and valuation methods, to set product terms and limits.
Leverage Data Science: Push the boundaries of credit risk modeling and underwriting using advanced analytics.
Build Resilient Portfolios: Monitor and enhance credit portfolio performance, ensuring stability and growth.
Lead Product Launches: Build, launch, and scale financial products that meet customer needs while optimizing repayment rates.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with product, engineering, finance, and operations teams to achieve seamless integration and execution.
Ensure Sound Governance: Maintain credit governance practices aligned with market conditions and stakeholder expectations.
What You Bring
7+ years of experience in consumer credit risk with a focus on analytics, modeling, and portfolio management.
Expertise in credit risk modeling, machine learning, and data science.
Strong quantitative and analytical skills to identify insights, trends, and risks.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and AWS.
Leadership skills to align cross-functional teams with organizational goals.
Bonus Points
Master’s degree or higher in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, economics).
Experience managing credit portfolios in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
