Job Description: Social Media Content Manager

Position Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and driven Social Media Content Manager to manage social media channels for Aadiverse (our podcast channel), Avatar Studios (a creative video production agency), and select client accounts. The role involves content creation, posting, boosting, analytics, and copywriting. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a creative mindset and a knack for storytelling to work across diverse brands.


Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management:

  • Plan, create, and schedule content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Manage day-to-day posting and engagement with followers.

Content Creation:

  • Develop creative and engaging social media posts, including captions and text-based content.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure visually appealing and brand-consistent content.

Campaign Management:

  • Assist in planning and executing paid promotions or boosting posts.
  • Track and optimize the performance of paid campaigns.

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Monitor account performance using basic analytics tools.
  • Prepare simple monthly reports to share insights and recommendations.

Trend Spotting:

  • Stay updated on social media trends and incorporate fresh ideas into campaigns.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reach and engagement.


Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in managing social media (agency or brand-level experience is a plus but not mandatory).
  • Skills:
  • Basic understanding of social media platforms and tools.
  • Strong writing skills for crafting engaging captions and posts.
  • Ability to plan and organize content schedules effectively.
  • Familiarity with boosting posts and running simple paid campaigns.
  • Creativity: A good sense of visuals and an eye for content that resonates with audiences.
  • Eagerness to Learn: Willingness to take on new challenges and grow within the role.


Preferred (but not required):

  • Experience managing podcast-related social media.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools like Canva or similar.

Employment Type: Full-Time


Salary: ₹30,000 to ₹ 40,000 per month
