Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Social Media Manager/Content Creator at Kaleido Studios. The role involves social media planning, account management, and creating engaging content across various platforms. Responsibilities include developing content calendars, managing social media accounts, and collaborating with the creative team to align content with brand strategy. Content creation may also involve on-screen presence for video content or live sessions, adding a personal touch to the brand’s social media presence. The role includes basic video editing to support campaign execution. While the role is based in Bengaluru, there is flexibility for some remote work.


Qualifications


  • Proficiency in Social Media Planning and Account Management
  • Experience with creating and scheduling content across various social media platforms
  • Basic video editing skills
  • Comfortable with on-screen presence for videos or live sessions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Understanding of content strategy and analytics
  • Knowledge of trends and best practices in social media marketing
  • Graphic design skills are a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree or certification in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus
