Job responsibilities of Manager –Surveillance Business:
Overall responsible for providing the service support for the Surveillance Business of the company
Supervise and direct the daily operation of the Surveillance Department and its employees. Demonstrate high-level performance in providing the service, Repairs and Quality Control.
Assign the job to the Executives & Assistants in your department and ensure that calls are attended and closed on time
. Develops, plan and implement the long and short-range goals and objectives to improve and streamline surveillance operations and service.
Exhibit a clear understanding of the failure mechanisms of the surveillance products as well as familiarity with the tools and techniques used to determine the root causes of failures. Ensures accurate incident reporting and logging of all required information by Surveillance staff is completed on a daily basis.
Proactively pursues new business and sales opportunities that expand the company’s customer base and ensures Strong Presence in the Market.
Develop and implement new strategies and programs to capture the key position in the Market.
Desired candidate profile:
Proven experience in Surveillance Business and Technical support
Well-versed in technical/engineering operations.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills
Education Qualification: BE or Diploma in Electronics/Electrical
Experience: 5 - 6 years in the relevant field
