The KYC Trainer will be responsible for delivering comprehensive training programs on KYC compliance processes and regulations. The role involves conducting hands-on workshops, assessing participant progress, and staying updated on global regulatory changes. The Trainer will also collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the training curriculum aligns with the latest industry standards and organizational goals.QualificationsStrong knowledge of KYC compliance, processes, and relevant regulationsTraining and facilitation skills, with the ability to effectively engage and communicate with diverse audiencesExperience in developing instructional materials and delivering structured training programsAnalytical and research skills to stay updated on new regulatory developments affecting KYCProficiency in creating reports, evaluating learner progress, and utilizing training toolsExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skillsPrevious experience in a compliance or KYC-related field is requiredBachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, or a related field
