Role Description
This is a full-time on site role for a Microgreens Farmer at Verdant Group in Pune. The Microgreens Farmer will be responsible for the day-to-day cultivation, harvesting, and maintenance of microgreens. This role will also involve monitoring and maintaining the health and quality of the crops, as well as ensuring efficient farm operations.
Qualifications
Experience in greenhouse or indoor farming, plant cultivation, and harvesting
Knowledge of crop maintenance, pest control, and irrigation systems
Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
Physical stamina and ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Understanding of organic farming practices is a plus
Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
