Role Description
This is a full-time on site role for a Microgreens Farmer at Verdant Group in Pune. The Microgreens Farmer will be responsible for the day-to-day cultivation, harvesting, and maintenance of microgreens. This role will also involve monitoring and maintaining the health and quality of the crops, as well as ensuring efficient farm operations.
Qualifications
- Experience in greenhouse or indoor farming, plant cultivation, and harvesting
- Knowledge of crop maintenance, pest control, and irrigation systems
- Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Physical stamina and ability to work in a variety of weather conditions
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of organic farming practices is a plus
- Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
