Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on site role for a Microgreens Farmer at Verdant Group in Pune. The Microgreens Farmer will be responsible for the day-to-day cultivation, harvesting, and maintenance of microgreens. This role will also involve monitoring and maintaining the health and quality of the crops, as well as ensuring efficient farm operations.
QualificationsExperience in greenhouse or indoor farming, plant cultivation, and harvestingKnowledge of crop maintenance, pest control, and irrigation systemsAttention to detail and ability to follow standard operating proceduresPhysical stamina and ability to work in a variety of weather conditionsStrong communication and teamwork skillsUnderstanding of organic farming practices is a plusDegree in Agriculture, Horticulture, or related field
