Job Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Microgreens Farmer at Verdant Group in Pune. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day cultivation, harvesting, and maintenance of microgreens.

The ideal candidate will have experience in greenhouse or indoor farming, plant cultivation, and harvesting. Knowledge of crop maintenance, pest control, and irrigation systems is also essential.

In addition, the selected individual should have attention to detail, physical stamina, and strong communication and teamwork skills. An understanding of organic farming practices is a plus.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in greenhouse or indoor farming, plant cultivation, and harvesting.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures.
