Job Overview:
The Sales/ Business Development Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing the sales strategy for Digient Technologies, with a primary focus on B2 B clients in the online i Gaming sector. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of building and driving sales. The Sales/ Business Development Specialist will work closely with key stakeholders to identify new business opportunities, foster client relationships, and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's goals and objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the executive team to set sales targets and objectives.
- Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the B2 B online i Gaming sector.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
- Sales Forecasting and Reporting:
- Develop and implement sales forecasting models to ensure accurate revenue projections.
- Provide regular and detailed reports on sales performance, key metrics, and market trends.
- Work closely with finance to monitor budget adherence and optimize resource allocation.
- Product Knowledge and Industry Expertise:
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and emerging technologies in the online i Gaming sector.
- Possess a deep understanding of Digient's products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. MBA is a plus.
2. Minimum 5 years of experience in B2 B software sales, within the technology sector.
3. Prior experience in the gaming industry is a plus.
4. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas consistently.
5. Strong understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and CRM systems.
6. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts effectively.
7. Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, with a customer-centric approach.
8. Strategic thinker with analytical skills to identify market opportunities and formulate effective sales strategies.
