Job Summary:

As a ServiceNow Architect, you will be the technical lead for our ServiceNow implementations, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions that align with our business goals. Your expertise will drive the customization and optimization of the platform, collaborating with various teams to deliver high-quality integrations and workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Architectural Design & Strategy:

  • Lead the overall architecture and technical roadmap for ServiceNow implementations.
  • Define and document technical architecture, integrations, and data flows.
  • Recommend best practices for design, performance, scalability, and security.

Platform Development:

  • Oversee development efforts including upgrades, configurations, and customizations.
  • Create workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications.

Integration & Data Management:

  • Design and implement integrations with ERP, CRM, Active Directory, and third-party applications.
  • Ensure data integrity and security throughout integrations.

Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for the ServiceNow platform.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and project managers to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
  • Mentor ServiceNow administrators and developers.

Solution Implementation & Optimization:

  • Lead complex implementation projects, ensuring alignment with timelines and budgets.
  • Conduct technical reviews, code audits, and platform health checks.

Security & Compliance:

  • Ensure the platform meets security and compliance standards.
  • Collaborate with security teams to maintain data privacy.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and configuration guides.
  • Provide regular reporting on platform performance and enhancements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (Master's preferred).
  • Experience: 7+ years in ServiceNow platform development and architecture, with deep expertise in core modules (ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, CSM, etc.).
  • Certifications:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) (Required)
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules (Preferred)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) (Preferred)
