Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon Account Manager with a proven track record in pay-per-click (PPC) advertising to join our dynamic team. This role is critical in driving our clients’ e-commerce success on Amazon by optimizing their accounts, managing advertising campaigns, and delivering measurable growth in sales and profitability.
Key Responsibilities Amazon Account Management Manage and optimize end-to-end operations of Amazon Seller Central and/or Vendor Central accounts.
Conduct regular account audits to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Ensure compliance with Amazon’s policies and guidelines to protect accounts and maintain high seller performance metrics.
PPC Campaign Management Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon Advertising campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and DSP).
Develop keyword strategies and structure campaigns to maximize ROI, sales velocity, and profitability.
Analyze campaign performance data to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
Stay updated on the latest Amazon PPC trends and algorithm changes to ensure optimal ad performance.
Analytics and Reporting Monitor KPIs such as ACOS, TACOS, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates to track campaign success.
Prepare detailed performance reports and dashboards for clients and internal stakeholders.
Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark and refine strategies.
Collaboration and Client Support Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and proactive communication.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, and inventory) to execute strategies aligned with clients’ goals.
Provide strategic recommendations to enhance product listings, images, and A+ content for better conversion.
Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
3+ years of experience managing Amazon accounts with a focus on PPC advertising.
Advanced understanding of Amazon’s advertising platforms and tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, or Seller App.
Proven expertise in analyzing data, identifying trends, and implementing optimization strategies.
Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO and listing optimization.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, meet deadlines, and manage client expectations effectively.
Preferred Skills Familiarity with other marketplaces like Walmart, e Bay, or Shopify is a plus.
Experience with external traffic strategies such as Google Ads or social media marketing.
Certification in Amazon Advertising (highly desirable).
