You will play a critical role in managing and optimizing product listings, advertisements, campaigns, orders, and returns on e-commerce platforms like Amazon and Flipkart. This role falls under the Sales & Business Development Department, and we are seeking a professional with prior experience in handling listings, advertising, account management, order processing, and reconciliation on various e-commerce platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Ecommerce Account Management**: Create and manage product listings and advertisements on e-commerce platforms like Amazon, Flipkart and others to drive sales and achieve company goals.
- **Order Management**: Ensure accuracy and efficiency in the inventory records and order fulfillment process.
- **Paid Media Campaigns**: Experience in running and optimizing paid media campaigns on platforms like Amazon Ads and Flipkart Ads, managing spends effectively.
- **Customer Reviews and Complaints**: Monitor and manage customer reviews and complaints related to product concerns and assortment, maintaining a positive brand image.
- **Sales Analysis and Reporting**: Maintain monthly and quarterly growth numbers across various e-commerce portals, analyze sales performance, and generate reports.
- **Product Data Management**: Manage listings, update product data, specifications, images, pricing, discounts, etc.
- **Promotional Activities**: Monitor and manage promotional activities across all marketplaces to boost visibility and sales.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Monitor and analyze competitor pricing and strategies to stay competitive in the market.

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ yrs experience in Amazon marketplace
- Expertise in Amazon management
- Expertise in product listing
- Expertise in A+ content management
- Expertise in Account creation and management

**Job Types**: Part-time, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Up to ₹4,500.00 per month

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
