We are seeking a results-driven Business Growth Manager to identify opportunities, nurture client relationships, and build long-term partnerships. The role requires a strategic mindset , proven experience in institutional/corporate sales (ideally in retail or allied sectors), and the ability to work independently to achieve ambitious growth targets.

Strategic Outreach : Represent Shop Pros at industry events, network with stakeholders, and position the firm as a trusted partner in retail design .
Proposal Development : Create compelling proposals and presentations aligned with client needs, showcasing Shop Pros’ value proposition.
Partner with the design and project teams to deliver seamless solutions and exceed client expectations.
Market Insights : Monitor retail trends and emerging opportunities to keep Shop Pros ahead of the curve.

Experience: 4–6 years in sales; institutional and corporate sales background preferred.
Skills: Strong networking, negotiation, and presentation skills; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).

Work with leading and emerging brands across India and beyond.
A clear growth path to Business Head roles as Shop Pros scales.
