Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Service Intern to join our premium interior design experience center in Bangalore. This role offers hands-on experience in customer service and an opportunity to contribute to a globally recognized luxury brand. The internship is paid and ideal for individuals looking to develop their communication and organizational skills in a dynamic and creative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring prompt and accurate resolutions.
  • Assist in maintaining and updating customer records and documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless resolution of client concerns.
  • Provide regular updates to clients regarding project timelines and progress.
  • Support the team in improving customer service processes to enhance client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, or Communications).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred).
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
  • A customer-centric attitude and problem-solving mindset.
