With shipping services available across India, Box Up offers a wide range of gifting options for every celebration. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Inbound Sales Representative at Box Up Luxury Gifting in Bengaluru. The Inbound Sales Representative will be responsible for tasks such as inside sales, communication with customers, providing excellent customer service, managing orders, and handling account management. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, or a related field. Inside Sales and Account Management skills Strong communication and customer service abilities Experience in order processing Attention to detail and ability to multitask Positive attitude and team player mindset Knowledge of luxury gifting trends and products Previous experience in a similar role is a plus Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field Experience working in luxury gifting, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands. Strong network of high-end clients, corporate executives, and fashion influencers. Knowledge of sustainable luxury gifting trends and eco-friendly practices. Key Requirements: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive, Sales Executive, or similar role, preferably in the luxury goods, fashion, or high-end retail industry. Strong understanding of luxury market dynamics, sales principles, and client relationship management. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with a polished and professional demeanor. Ability to create customized gifting solutions that reflect both the client’s and the company’s luxury standards. A keen sense of style, fashion awareness, and a passion for luxury products. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working independently. Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and sales tools.
