This role blends deep technical proficiency (70%) with functional understanding (30%) to design, build, and optimize business-critical retail systems..Key Responsibilities- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.- Develop, test, and deploy solutions across Oracle Retail Suite (RMS, RPM, ReSA).- Write efficient code in PLSQL, Pro*C, and UNIX shell scripting.- Build and maintain interfaces, integrations, and API services (SOA, REST).- Optimize database and application performance; ensure code quality and standardsRequired Skills & Experience- Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.- 5-8 years of Oracle Retail (RMS, ReSA, RPM) techno-functional experience.- Strong in Oracle PLSQL, Pro*C, UNIX scripting, and integration frameworks.- Hands-on with version control (Git/GitLab) and job schedulers (TES or similar)- Understanding of service-oriented and microservices architectures.“Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
