This role blends deep technical proficiency (70%) with functional understanding (30%) to design, build, and optimize business-critical retail systems..Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs.Develop, test, and deploy solutions across Oracle Retail Suite (RMS, RPM, Re SA).Write efficient code in PLSQL, Pro*C , and UNIX shell scripting.Build and maintain interfaces, integrations, and API services (SOA, REST).Optimize database and application performance; ensure code quality and standardsRequired Skills & ExperienceBachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field.5-8 years of Oracle Retail (RMS, Re SA, RPM) techno-functional experience.Strong in Oracle PLSQL, Pro*C, UNIX scripting , and integration frameworks.Hands-on with version control (Git/Git Lab) and job schedulers (TES or similar)Understanding of service-oriented and microservices architectures.“Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
