Job Title- Oracle RMS/Retail backend Developer Location- Bangalore Engagement: Full-time We are hiring a Backend Developer with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Retail applications (RMS, ReSA, RPM). This role blends deep technical proficiency (70%) with functional understanding (30%) to design, build, and optimize business-critical retail systems.. Key Responsibilities - Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs. - Develop, test, and deploy solutions across Oracle Retail Suite (RMS, RPM, ReSA). - Write efficient code in PLSQL, Pro*C, and UNIX shell scripting. - Build and maintain interfaces, integrations, and API services (SOA, REST). - Optimize database and application performance; ensure code quality and standards Required Skills & Experience - Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field. - 5-8 years of Oracle Retail (RMS, ReSA, RPM) techno-functional experience. - Strong in Oracle PLSQL, Pro*C, UNIX scripting, and integration frameworks. - Hands-on with version control (Git/GitLab) and job schedulers (TES or similar) - Understanding of service-oriented and microservices architectures. “Mindlance is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate in employment on the basis of – Minority/Gender/Disability/Religion/LGBTQI/Age/Veterans.”
