Job Title- Oracle RMS/Retail backend Developer Location- Bangalore Engagement: Full-time We are hiring a Backend Developer with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle Retail applications (RMS, ReSA, RPM). This role blends deep technical proficiency (70%) with functional understanding (30%) to design, build, and optimize business-critical retail systems.. Key Responsibilities Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical designs. Develop, test, and deploy solutions across Oracle Retail Suite (RMS, RPM, ReSA) . Write efficient code in PLSQL, Pro*C , and UNIX shell scripting . Build and maintain interfaces, integrations, and API services (SOA, REST). Optimize database and application performance; ensure code quality andstandards Required Skills & Experience Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or related field. 5-8 years of Oracle Retail (RMS, ReSA, RPM) techno-functional experience. Strong in Oracle PLSQL, Pro*C, UNIX scripting , and integration frameworks .
