With a growing footprint across the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR), we are expanding operations in key micro-markets such as Virar, Naigaon, and Goregaon .Role Overview:We are looking for a Sourcing Manager with a strong network of channel partners and brokers to drive land and project sourcing in Virar, Naigaon, and Goregaon. This role involves identifying new sourcing opportunities, onboarding and managing channel partners, and contributing to strategic business growth through local market intelligence and relationship management.Qualifications & Experience:Education: Graduate in any discipline.Experience: 5–10 years in real estate sourcing, channel partner management, or land acquisition.Must have a robust network of channel partners and brokers in Virar, Naigaon, and Goregaon.Key Skills & Competencies:Strong broker and channel partner connect in MMRNegotiation and deal structuringStrategic thinking and market analysisCommunication and stakeholder managementHigh integrity and professionalism
