We are hiring for a leading Tea Brand , which has India's one of largest Tea Plantation & very strong presence in East & West India: The National Head – HORECA & B2B will drive the overall growth, profitability, and expansion of Band's institutional business across hotels, corporates, hospitals, and new B2B segments. Lead and grow the HORECA and B2B vertical, ensuring strong sales, profitability, and long-term client retention Take direct ownership of large accounts and national contracts with hotel chains, F&B clients, and institutions Develop and implement product demonstration strategies to effectively position Brand's premium teas and drive conversions Appoint and manage the right distributors, ensuring proper training, motivation, and business generation Continuously track market trends and competition to identify growth opportunities and optimize business strategy Above 45 years+ with 20 years of proven experience in FMCG or allied industries Experience in organizations dealing with vending machines, pasta, breakfast cereals, frozen foods, or cocktail/mocktail mixers Not from commodity (staples, oils) or gourmet/luxury niche backgrounds Hands-on experience in product demonstrations, institutional selling, and customer engagement Strong experience in distributor appointment, training, and management Proven ability to own P&L, scale business units, and deliver measurable growth Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills — both with clients and internal teams Leadership experience in managing mid-sized teams while maintaining high efficiency and output 20 years of proven experience in FMCG or allied industries ~ Experience in organizations dealing with vending machines, pasta, breakfast cereals, frozen foods, or cocktail/mocktail mixers ~ Not from commodity (staples, oils) or gourmet/luxury niche backgrounds ~ Hands-on experience in product demonstrations, institutional selling, and customer engagement ~ Strong experience in distributor appointment, training, and management ~ Proven ability to own P&L, scale business units, and deliver measurable growth ~ Leadership experience in managing mid-sized teams
