Manager role.
Job Title: Business Development Sales Manager
Location: Remote (Preferred overlap with US time zones)
Experience: 6+ years in B2 B sales (preferably with Salesforce CRM or IT services)
Industry: IT Services, CRM Implementation, and Managed Services
Our Client is a Salesforce Ridge Consulting Partner, specializing in the implementation,
consulting, integration, and customization of various Salesforce Clouds. With a strong presence in North America, Europe, and India. Our client company empowers businesses to achieve digital transformation and optimize their CRM solutions.
Company is expanding the Sales team and looking for a Business Development Manager to drive
sales of Salesforce CRM implementation, consulting, and managed services in the global market,
primarily focusing on the US geography. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT
solutions sales, a strong understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem, and experience in selling Salesforce consulting services globally.
Key Responsibilities:
 Lead Generation & Funnel Management:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the North American market to expand
our customer base.
o Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline through research, networking, and
partnerships.
o Focus on generating new leads and converting them into long-term customers, with a
strong emphasis on creating and managing a sales funnel.
 Sales Strategy & Execution:
o Craft and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
o Conduct market research to identify customer needs and trends within the Salesforce
ecosystem.
 Partnership Development:
o Create and nurture partnerships with large organizations and related companies to drive
business opportunities and enhance market reach.
o Collaborate with industry stakeholders to identify mutually beneficial opportunities.
 Customer Engagement:
o Engage with prospective clients to understand their challenges and propose tailored
Salesforce solutions.
o Build strong, long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
 Collaboration & Leadership:
o Work closely with technical and delivery teams to ensure seamless project onboarding
and execution.
o Act as a mentor and leader, guiding junior sales staff and collaborating with leadership to
align sales goals with company objectives.
 Reporting & Analysis:
o Provide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to leadership.
o Analyze sales data to refine strategies and improve results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
 Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
 Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in B2 B sales, with at least 3 years selling Salesforce services
or IT solutions in the US market.
 Proven track record of selling Salesforce consulting services in the global market.
 Strong understanding of Salesforce products, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and
Marketing Cloud.
 Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
 Proven ability to close deals with mid-market and enterprise clients.
 Experience in working with Salesforce consulting partners
 Ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
