Manager.
Job Title: Business Development Sales Manager
Location: Remote (Preferred overlap with US or European time zones))
Experience: 6+ years in B2B sales (preferably with data engineering space )
Industry: Data Engineering, Data Visualization, and AI-ML Services
Our client company is a Salesforce Ridge Consulting Partner, specializing in the implementation,
consulting, integration, and customization of various Salesforce Clouds. With a strong presence in North America, Europe, and India, GetonCRM empowers businesses to achieve digital transformation and optimize their CRM solutions.
Company is expanding the Sales team and looking for a Business Development Sales Manager to
spearhead sales efforts for data engineering services in the global market, with a primary focus on NorthAmerica, and Europe. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data integration, data visualization, and AI-ML technologies, along with a proven track record of building and closing sales pipelines in IT or data engineering services.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Funnel Creation:
o Develop and execute strategies to identify and engage potential customers in North
America.
o Build and manage a robust sales pipeline for Data Engineering services.
o Take ownership of creating and managing the sales funnel with first-hand experience.
2. Client Relationship Management:
o Establish and nurture strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
o Understand customer needs and present tailored solutions to drive business growth.
3. Sales Execution:
o Conduct consultative sales presentations and product demonstrations.
o Develop and negotiate proposals, contracts, and pricing models.
4. Market Research & Insights:
o Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer requirements in Data
Engineering.
o Provide feedback to internal teams to refine service offerings and strategies.
5. Partnership Building:
o Build partnerships with larger players and industry leaders to expand business
opportunities.
o Leverage strategic alliances to enhance the company’s market presence.
6. Leadership:
o Take ownership of sales targets and objectives in North America.
o Lead from the front and inspire the team to achieve ambitious goals.
o Work with different stakeholders internally and lead the overall sales effort.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, IT, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
Minimum 6 – 8 years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 3 years selling in data engineering
space.
Strong understanding of data integration, visualization, and AI-ML solutions, including tools like
Azure Data Bricks, Snowflake, and Power BI.
Knowledge of emerging trends in AI-ML and data analytics.
