Job Title: Technology Consultant

Location: Bengaluru/Mumbai

Experience: 10-15 years


Job Description


  • Works with clients to identify business challenges and solutions.
  • Conducts market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develops and leads (operations, human resources, marketing, accounting, technological) projects for clients.
  • Reviews and analyzes company information, including (human resources data, financial statements, marketing plans, and technological data) to plan projects.
  • Develops strong client relationships across departments and seniority levels, from executives to entry-level employees.
  • Knows how to use popular tools, including project management software, customer relationship management software (CRM), proposal software, and presentation tools.
  • Writes and presents business proposals to secure new clients.


  • Technical Knowledge: Specializing in any technology – understanding of architecture, assessment methodologies
  • Domain Knowledge: 2-3 years experience working on any domain – preferably financial services
  • Data analysis
  • Gather and analyze data using research methodologies, analytics, and statistical techniques. This may include identifying patterns and trends, and developing data models using tools like SAS, SQL, Python, and Tableau.
  • Reporting
  • Prepare reports, specifications, instructions, and flowcharts to summarize operational results for stakeholders. They may also submit reports to management and department heads.
  • Collaboration
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop strategies for improvement. They may also serve as a liaison between staff and management.
  • Client relations
  • Research clients and their position within an industry, and develop strong client relationships across departments and seniority levels.
  • Project management
  • Develop and lead projects for clients, such as in operations, human resources, marketing, accounting, or technology. They may also use project management software and other tools.
