Job Title: Senior Analyst - Account Based Marketing (Global Marketing Department)

Job Overview -
ABM PMO is responsible for planning, managing and implementing logistics and budgets related to events that will be conducted from time to time for Mphasis. Working with sales team to drive and track pipeline generation exclusively from a top target account list and accelerating existing opportunities by enhancing engagements with key client executives through these events.
He/ She will partner with accounts sales team to drive client participation/attendance at Mphasis sponsored/organized events. The role will also support strong partnership with the sales teams, other internal marketing functions and finance.
Responsibilities and Duties: -
- Partner with the marketing lead and client partners to coordinate and execute field marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, and sports events, ensuring all aspects are managed effectively.
- Collaborate with the finance team to oversee vendor payments and process event-related invoices. Act as the primary liaison to ensure timely payment completion, manage procurement processes, and facilitate invoicing between Mphasis and event vendors/partners.
- Assist in event logistics by researching vendors/suppliers, developing requests for proposals (RFPs), and negotiating contracts for optimal terms.
- Support promotional giveaways and manage swag inventory by overseeing procurement processes and tracking available items. Ensure all giveaway requests are fulfilled within budget constraints.
- Collaborate and partner with core marketing functions on campaign concept, custom content requirements, digital marketing support and creative development to ensure effectiveness for the said events.
- Manage project timelines, quality issues, resources, & budgets and follow through on action items.
Required Qualifications: -
- Experience -
Overall 5+ years’ experience with 3 plus years of proven marketing experience
and Event management and coordination experience. Also, Basic knowledge of vendor payments and related finance processes.
- Specific Skills -
Demonstrated experience overseeing various marketing program executions. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills a must. Strong influencing and relationship-building skills.
- Personal Characteristics -
Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan and ability to prioritize numerous projects simultaneously Proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking. Proven ability to think strategically, but with exceptional attention to detail in execution.
