Project Manger - Pharma - Remote - 12 month contract, extendableThe Project Manager will lead the delivery of SAP S/4HANA initiatives within a pharmaceutical environment, ensuring alignment with business processes, compliance requirements, and strategic transformation goals. The role will include overseeing upgrades to RISE with SAP, managing third-party system integrations, and ensuring smooth adoption of new solutions across the organization.This project deliversstreamlined, compliant, and integrated business processesto enhance efficiency and support long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage SAP S/4HANA projects from initiation through to delivery, with a focus on upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements, align solutions with business needs, and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.Coordinatesystem testing, pre go-live readiness, cutover, and post go-live supportto ensure successful delivery with minimal business disruption.Manage risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive adoption of resolutions across business and IT teams.Overseeprocess mapping, documentation, and compliance managementin line with pharmaceutical standards (e.g., GxP).Support integration efforts withthird-party systems and interface solutions .Providetraining and knowledge transferto cross-functional business and technical teams.Act as an investigative lead, analyzing system or process issues and driving structured solutions.Ensure effective project governance, reporting, and communication with all stakeholders.Required Skills & ExperienceProven experience as a Project Manager in thepharmaceutical or life sciences sector , with strong awareness of regulated environments.In-depth knowledge ofSAP S/4HANA , with experience incommercial business flows and integration projects .Familiarity withRISE with SAP migrations and upgrades .Experience managingthird-party integration projects and interface solutions .Strong background inprocess mapping, documentation management, and change management .Excellent communication and collaboration skills – proven ability to manage cross-functional teams.Ability to delivertraining and support knowledge adoptionacross business and technical teams.Strong problem-solving and investigative skills, with the ability to provide structured resolutions.Good to have:Experience with SAP WM or EWM implementations or support.
