**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Project Planning**: Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation.
- **Client Liaison**: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their needs and expectations, and providing regular updates on project progress.
- **Team Coordination**: Collaborate with designers, architects, and contractors to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned and executed efficiently.
- **Budget Management**: Monitor project budgets, control costs, and ensure financial objectives are met.
- **Quality Control**: Ensure all work meets the company’s quality standards and client specifications through regular inspections and reviews.
- **Problem-Solving**: Identify and address potential issues or delays proactively to keep projects on track.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and present regular project status reports to management and stakeholders.
- **Documentation**: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field.
- 5+ years of project management experience in the interior design or construction industry.
- Proficient in project management software and tools (e.g., MS Project, Asana).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of design principles, materials, and construction methods.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per month
