Total Experience – 8 to 15 Years.
Qualification – MBA (Marketing) (Full Time is Compulsory).
Reporting to Head – Retail Business Head
Direct Reporting – Yes ( Approx 2 to 3)
Languages Known- English & Hindi.
Industry- FMCD (Preferably Small Appliances)/ Consumer Durable/ Retail /Building Material /Telecom/ Apparel/Travel (Luggage).
Key Responsibilities:-
A) Prestige Exclusive store marketing:-
Drive store central marketing calendar in line with brand calendar across ATL and Digital mediums
Drive local store marketing objectives through BTL and activations and hyperlocal marketing
Drive in-store visual merchandising, planograms, product communication and display requirements
Own the Prestige Xclusive channel advertising and promotions budget.
B) Customer Experience:-
Driving customer delight initiatives through brand alliances in gift cards, payment solutions and EMI through agencies and team
Drive customer engagement and experience through Loyalty Program, Endless Aisle, Whats App commerce and data-driven Omni channel communications flows
Improve store experience through Customer Feedback and customer service metrics, Store Audits
Support with Strategic planning and setting up of business processes through process improvements (automation) and monitoring to create a conducive culture for growth
Training - Drive the store and team learning objectives through E-Learning and Classroom Training sessions.
Store Visits And travel - Regular market visits to gain market intelligence and feedback from stores & retail team.
C) New Store Opening:-
Provide Design support for all FOFO stores and ensure customer experience standards are maintained. Provide signage, branding, fixtures, and related support for bringing store design to life
Project manage all Company store openings - recee, design, BOQ, Capex, Vendor finalization, kick-off, supervision, payments, handover, asset register.
Maintain store standards at all Co stores and drive revamp and renovation projects as required to upgrade store shopping experience.
Own the company store capex budget and drive timely and cost-effective execution with the help of vendors and internal team members.
Remarks-
Candidates having the following experience will be preferred.
Core Retail Marketing Experience is a must.
Exposure to an Organized Retail chain is compulsory.
Consumer Experience– taking care of store design + VM is compulsory
Must have handled Retail marketing and Store opening.
Handled multiple agencies independently.
Strategic Thought is a must
