Job Description: Travel Operations Executive

About the Role:-

Thrillophilia is seeking a detail-oriented and passionate Travel Operations Executive to join our dynamic team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end travel operations, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and collaborate with various stakeholders to maintain the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

  1. Itinerary Management:
  • Design and execute detailed travel itineraries for both domestic and international trips.
  • Coordinate with clients to customize travel packages based on their preferences.

2. Vendor Coordination:

  • Communicate with hotels, transport providers, and activity partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Negotiate rates with vendors and ensure timely payments and documentation.
  1. Customer Support:
  • Address pre-trip queries, provide real-time support during trips, and resolve post-trip feedback or concerns.
  • Maintain a high CSAT score by delivering exceptional customer service.

4.Operations Management:

  • Oversee trip execution, including ticketing, visa processing, and accommodation bookings.
  • Manage escalations effectively to ensure quick resolutions.
  • Monitor and optimize operational workflows for efficiency.

5.Team Collaboration:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and product teams to align operations with business objectives.
  • Train junior staff and provide guidance on operational processes.

6.Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and travel regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and reporting.

Key Requirements:-

  1. Experience:
  • 2+ years of experience in travel operations or a similar role.
  • Prior experience in managing international travel and vendor relations is preferred.

2.Skills:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools like Salesforce, Zendesk, or similar platforms.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and visa processes.

3.Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.

4.Personal Traits:

  • Customer-focused mindset with a passion for travel.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure.
