Corporate IT Manager Level: L4 Experience: 15+ years Full-time The Corporate IT Manager will be responsible for overseeing the company’s overall technology infrastructure, ensuring secure, seamless, and scalable IT operations that support business growth. This role will drive IT strategy, manage enterprise systems, lead digital transformation initiatives, and ensure alignment between technology investments and business objectives. Monitor system performance, availability, and service levels to meet SLAs. Manage day-to-day IT operations, Deskside Support, Remote support, VIP user Management, and Data center Support Management of Video Conferencing solutions and Telecom Infra Support (Corp PBX) User/Device onboarding and offboarding with HAM and SAM management Lead and oversee IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and new technology integrations. Manage endpoint/servers for patching and security, such as Manage Engine, SCCM, CrowdStrike, and other EDR/DLP solutions. Management of backend infrastructure servers/VMs ( Windows, Linux, MaC OS, etc) Management of IT budgeting and expenditure (Capex and OPEX) Establish IT policies, procedures, and compliance standards (e.g., Implementation and adoption of endpoint automation tools. Documented IT policies, security protocols, and compliance certifications. Regular reporting on IT performance, project status, and risk management. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. ~8–12 years of IT leadership experience, preferably in corporate or multi-site environments. ~ Proven experience managing enterprise IT systems, networks, and applications. ~ Strong understanding of cybersecurity, cloud computing, and data governance. ~ Project management experience (PMP/Prince2 preferred). ~ Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
