Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Onboarding and Pre-Onboarding checks: Conduct thorough due diligence and risk assessments for new exchange houses and correspondent banks during the onboarding process. Ensure all necessary documentation and agreements are in place and compliant with the policy framework. - Post-Onboarding Monitoring: Perform regular post-onboarding reviews to ensure ongoing compliance with credit policies and regulatory requirements. Monitor transaction activities of the onboarded exchange houses and correspondent banks, identifying and addressing any deviations from established policies. - Vostro Account Monitoring: Periodically monitor and report portfolio quality on various dimensions to respective stakeholders. Identify and monitor any early warning signs related to portfolio health. - Policy Compliance: Collaborate with business, product, credit, operations, legal, compliance, technology, and audit teams. Ensure adherence to all relevant financial regulations, policy guidelines, and standards including AML and KYC requirements. Conduct portfolio reviews regularly, note actions, coordinate, and execute them. - Conduct periodic audits and reviews of exchange house transactions and vostro accounts to identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies. - Prepare monthly dashboards and MIS reports for senior management and stakeholders. - Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, ensuring accurate and thorough data is available to support high-quality analysis. Implement best practices and innovative solutions to enhance efficiency.
