Through our continued commitment, DBS has cultivated long-standing relationships with its customers in the region that are based on account relationship management, service differentiation, product development and rigorous credit standards.Scope of Work * To support IN IBG COO and IBG business to drive the business policies & process related requirementsKey Accountabilities * Responsible for managing and implementing Corporate Banking and SME policies, processes and guidelines with appropriate risk & governance controls* Implement the changes in regulatory & business environment in our policies & processes* Ensure compliance of various policies by RMs and work towards refinement of policy documents and processes* Engage various cross functional stake holders team for timely delivery of set objectives like New Product Approval, Outsourcing Risk Review, Target Market & Risk Acceptance Criteria document, capital efficiency etc.* To provide support to frontline staff for Transaction/Product booking or business process related requirements* Work with Risk team to ensure productive collaboration on items related to portfolio monitoringRequired Experience * A post graduate or equivalent degree (with experience / understanding of banking and sales)* Computer proficiency (comfortable with MS Office, advanced excel understanding)Core Competencies * Analytical Skill* Audit* Self Motivated* Strong Interpersonal skills* Ability to carry out Senior Management interactions independentlyDBS India - Culture & BehaviorsDBS is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and their opinions count.
