As part of our strategic growth initiative, we are currently seeking a results-oriented Sales Executive with expertise in managing the US Sales Process . Position Overview:

As a Sales Executive at SkadiBolt, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth, generating new business, and nurturing long-term client relationships in the US market . The role involves both inbound and outbound sales calls , requiring strong interpersonal communication skills, sales expertise, and the ability to work within a structured, performance-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in managing sales processes within the US market, along with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

This position offers a competitive compensation package of ₹5,00,000 PA, along with attractive performance-based incentives, providing ample opportunity for high achievers to excel and progress within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Client Acquisition : Proactively engage in both inbound and outbound sales calls to identify, qualify, and convert high-value leads into clients within the US market. Leverage a consultative sales approach to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • End-to-End Sales Cycle Management : Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation, closing, and post-sale follow-up. Ensure a seamless and professional experience for clients throughout their journey.
  • Client Relationship Management : Develop and maintain robust relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and long-term retention.
  • Sales Strategy Implementation : Collaborate with senior sales leadership to implement effective sales strategies, monitor market trends, and contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and performance metrics.
  • Performance Metrics & Reporting : Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs. Regularly report on progress, key insights, and performance to senior management, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • CRM Management : Utilize CRM tools (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) to track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions, ensuring accurate data entry, timely follow-ups, and effective sales pipeline management.
  • Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis : Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and evolving client needs to adapt sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Experience : Minimum of 3 years of experience in a US Sales Process role, with demonstrated success in both outbound and inbound sales across B2B/B2C environments.
  • Sales Expertise : A proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Expertise in generating leads, managing the sales funnel, and converting prospects into long-term clients.
  • Excellent Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with C-suite executives and key decision-makers in the US market.
  • Client-Centric Approach : Strong relationship-building skills, with an emphasis on customer satisfaction, retention, and driving business growth.
  • Negotiation & Closing Skills : Expertise in negotiating contracts, addressing objections, and closing high-value deals within a competitive sales environment.
  • CRM Proficiency : Solid experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) for lead tracking, pipeline management, and sales reporting.
  • Analytical & Results-Driven : Ability to analyze sales data, understand performance metrics, and implement adjustments to improve results and drive sales success.
  • Time Management & Organization : Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple deals concurrently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education : A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
