Job Title - Sales Executive

Location - Bangalore

Experience Required - 1–3 years of sales experience (preferably in the ed-tech industry)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales

growth and build strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will use a consultative sales

approach to identify, qualify, and close business opportunities while contributing to the company’s

overall sales strategy.

Responsibilities:

● Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.

● Identify and engage with potential clients through cold and warm leads.

● Generate business opportunities from new and existing customer accounts.

● Maintain regular communication with prospective clients via email and phone.

● Develop an understanding of our products, industry trends, and competitors to effectively

position our offerings.

● Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

● Collaborate with the Sales and Digital Marketing teams to plan and execute campaigns.

● Prepare and present sales progress reports and updates to the leadership team.

● Use data insights to inform decision-making and improve sales strategies.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

● 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in the ed-tech industry.

Familiarity with tech program sales (e.g., Data Science, Full Stack Development, Software

Development) is an advantage.

● Hands-on experience with CRM tools for sales tracking and management.

● Strong proficiency in English and Hindi; fluency in additional regional languages is a plus .

● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

● Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.

● Self-motivated, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.

● Strong interpersonal skills to build trust and rapport with clients.
