Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. This role involves close collaboration with the Business Development team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives and sales goals.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Manage and optimise online advertising campaigns including but not limited to Google Search and Meta, using data-driven insights.
- Track and analyse digital marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights to optimise campaigns using data from GA4, Salesforce and more.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and data analysis tools.
- Collaborate closely with the Business Development team to develop integrated marketing and sales campaigns.
- Provide marketing support and collateral for the sales team.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong track record of success.
- Excellent understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email
- marketing.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, as well as data analysis software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Preferred experience in the real estate and office workspace industry.
