Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Develop and implement strategies for attracting top talent across all departments.
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and candidate selection.
Design and oversee a comprehensive onboarding program to help new hires integrate seamlessly into the organization.
Performance Management
Develop and manage performance review processes, including goal-setting, appraisals, and feedback sessions.
Work closely with department heads to address performance issues and support employee growth.
Maintain clear documentation for performance evaluations and action plans.
Payroll & Compliance
Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll.
Manage employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Handle HR reporting, including leave management and attendance tracking.
HR Operations
Monitor and improve HR processes to ensure efficiency and scalability.
Collaborate with leadership to plan and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Prepare regular reports on HR metrics for leadership review.
Employee Engagement & Culture
Create and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and job satisfaction.
Foster a positive workplace culture aligned with our mission and values.
Organize regular team-building activities and professional development programs.
Ideal Candidate
You are:
Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Proactive and solution-oriented, always looking for ways to improve HR functions.
Skilled at building strong interpersonal relationships and maintaining confidentiality.
Passionate about fostering a productive and engaging workplace environment.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in HR, preferably in an onsite role.
Strong understanding of recruitment, performance management, payroll, and employee engagement.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in HR software and tools.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
What We Offer
Job Details:
Full-time, Onsite - Delhi (Jhandewalan)
Timings: 10 AM to 6 PM, Mon-Fri (Half day and WFH on Saturdays)
Probation Period: Two months
Salary: 35-40 K Inhand
