Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
- Conduct daily field visits to prospective clients, partners, shopping malls, IT parks, and event locations to explore collaboration and partnership opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through proactive communication and timely follow-ups.
2. Sales & Revenue Generation
- Meet and exceed sales targets by actively pitching Auto Xperia’s offerings to potential clients in the automobile sector.
- Negotiate and close deals with clients, ensuring favorable terms for both Auto Xperia and the client.
3. Market Research & Expansion Support
- Analyze the local market to identify new business opportunities and potential client needs.
- Provide insights and feedback on competitor activity, market trends, and client preferences to support Auto Xperia’s expansion efforts in Hyderabad, Bangalore, and Chennai.
4. Event Coordination & Execution
- Collaborate with the event management team to coordinate logistics for car and bike shows, including setting up stalls, managing client booths, and ensuring smooth event execution.
- Act as a point of contact for clients during events, handling any queries or issues promptly and professionally.
5. Collaboration & Partnerships
- Develop relationships with shopping mall managers, IT park representatives, and potential partners to secure premium event spaces for Auto Xperia shows.
- Manage collaborations with local dealerships, automobile brands, and accessory partners for participation in events.
6. Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions, contracts, and event details.
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client engagement, and field visit outcomes for management review.
Requirements:
- Experience : Minimum 1 year to 3 years in sales, preferably in the automobile or event marketing sector.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive approach to client engagement.
- Tools: Must own a laptop, smartphone, and two-wheeler for daily field visits.
