**Job Title: Retail Sales Assistant**

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:Greet and assist customers in a friendly and approachable manner.
Provide product information, answer inquiries, and offer assistance in product selection.

**Sales**:Actively engage customers to drive sales and achieve individual and team targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products to enhance the shopping experience.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.

**Product Knowledge**:Stay informed about product features, specifications, and promotions.
Assist in maintaining organized and visually appealing product displays.

**Stock Management**:Monitor and replenish stock on the sales floor.
Assist in receiving, unpacking, and labeling merchandise.

**Store Maintenance**:Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the store.
Contribute to creating a welcoming and well-organized retail environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic math skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Education and Qualifications**:

- diploma or equivalent.
- BBA or B.Tech is also considered.
