A Series A global Deep tech innovative startup headquartered in Bangalore India, is looking
for a Global Sales Head to expand their footprint.
Role: Head of Sales for all regions except the Americas and Europe. Reporting to the Chief Growth Officer/CEO
Mandatory - Please read before applying.
MUST HAVE (Mandatory)
1-Candidate must have worked with at least 2 deep-tech startup- CYBER SEC domain experience essential.
>>>SaaS/ Fintech / BFSI/ IT Services profile will not be considered 2- Scaled the revenue to min 25 million USD
3- Either one of APAC & MEA experience mandatory.
4- Please share the % growth achieved in the last 3 years in a similar domain.
What you will do:
• Drive new business and meet ambitious sales goals
• Build lasting relationships and understand customer needs
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans
• Present realistic sales and revenue forecasts
• Expand the sales pipeline and close deals
Qualifications
• Business Planning and Sales skills
• Team Management and Sales Operations experience
• Account Management proficiency
• Strong leadership and strategic planning abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
• 10 to 17 yrs exp
