Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced AD Sales Head - Agency Partnership to lead our efforts in building and managing relationships with advertising agencies. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the agency ecosystem, a strong network of agency contacts, and a proven track record of driving advertising revenue.
Key Responsibilities
- Agency Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, strategic relationships with key advertising agencies to position TruAD.co as a preferred partner for in-video product placements.- Revenue Generation: Drive advertising sales revenue through partnerships with agencies managing top-tier brands. Meet and exceed revenue targets by promoting TruAD.co’s unique ad-tech solutions.- Strategic Partnerships: Work closely with agencies to understand their client needs and offer customized in-video advertising solutions that align with campaign goals.- Market Insights: Stay updated on market trends, agency dynamics, and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation.- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams (creative, tech, operations) to deliver successful campaigns and enhance client satisfaction.- Negotiation and Contracts: Lead negotiations with agencies to secure long-term partnerships, exclusive deals, and campaign agreements.- Reporting and Analysis: Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, revenue achievements, and partnership milestones.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 8+ years in advertising sales, with at least 5 years focused on agency partnerships.- Network: Extensive network of decision-makers in leading advertising agencies in India.- Skills:- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills.- Strong understanding of advertising trends, especially in OTT and digital media.- Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.- Leadership: Proven ability to lead a team and collaborate across functions to deliver results.- Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (MBA preferred).
