Job Summary:
The E-commerce Business Head will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our e-commerce operations. This role demands a strategic thinker with a comprehensive understanding of the e-commerce landscape, exceptional leadership skills, and a passion for driving profitable online growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and Execute E-commerce Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy aligned with overall business objectives.
Manage E-commerce Operations: Oversee website management, product catalog management, order fulfillment, customer service, and marketing initiatives.
Drive Online Sales and Profitable Growth: Design and execute effective marketing campaigns to increase website traffic and boost online sales while ensuring profitability.
Optimize Website Performance: Continuously monitor and enhance website performance, user experience, and conversion rates.
Manage E-commerce Team: Lead and develop a team of e-commerce professionals, including web developers, digital marketers, and customer service representatives.
Stay Up-to-Date on Industry Trends: Monitor the latest e-commerce trends and technologies to keep the business competitive.
Analyze and Report on E-commerce Performance: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales growth and profitability, providing regular performance reports to management.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in e-commerce management of the fashion or apparel industry .
Proven track record of driving online sales and profitable growth.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Deep understanding of e-commerce platforms, SEO, and digital marketing strategies.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with various e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify).
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SQL).
