Senior US Accounting SpecialistLocation: On-site, Noida Sector 62Shift: Night Shift | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM ISTRole SummaryWe’re looking for an experienced Senior US Accounting Specialist to manage end-to-end U.S. accounting operations. This role is critical in supporting our U.S. finance function, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and process weekly timesheets & client invoicesEnsure accurate and timely submission of payroll/accounting dataPrepare regular & ad-hoc reports in QuickBooksManage and reconcile AP/AR accountsAssist with GL entries, reconciliations, and month-end closeSupport financial statement preparation in line with U.S. GAAPTrack/manage PO expirations & related documentationMaintain master data for employees, customers, and vendorsLiaise with state agencies for payroll, unemployment, and tax mattersRequirements✅ 5+ years of U.S. accounting/bookkeeping experience (staffing/consulting preferred)✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance✅ Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP✅ Experience in payroll, AP/AR, and expense management✅ QuickBooks proficiency (mandatory)✅ Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, reconciliations)✅ Excellent communication & attention to detail
