We are looking for a driven and dynamic Solar Sales Specialist to join our team in Hyderabad. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with clients, and driving sales of solar EPC/rooftop/ground-mounted solutions. The role demands strong communication skills, customer relationship management, and a passion for renewable energy.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and manage the entire sales cycle for solar projects (rooftop/ground-mounted/industrial/captive).
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through new client acquisition and repeat business.
  • Conduct site visits, feasibility assessments, and initial techno-commercial discussions with clients.
  • Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to customers.
  • Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industrial customers, and channel partners.
  • Stay updated with solar policies, subsidies, DISCOM guidelines, and financing options in Telangana & India.
  • Collaborate with the technical/EPC team to deliver customized solutions as per client requirements.
  • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in solar/renewable energy, electrical, or infrastructure sectors.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Engineering, Commerce, Management, or equivalent).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to understand basic technical details of solar systems (training will be provided if needed).
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Willingness to travel within Telangana/neighboring states for client meetings.
