
Urgent: Solar Sales Specialist

Responsibilities
- Generate leads and manage the entire sales cycle for solar projects (rooftop/ground-mounted/industrial/captive).
- Meet and exceed sales targets through new client acquisition and repeat business.
- Conduct site visits, feasibility assessments, and initial techno-commercial discussions with clients.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and presentations to customers.
- Maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, industrial customers, and channel partners.
- Stay updated with solar policies, subsidies, DISCOM guidelines, and financing options in Telangana & India.
- Collaborate with the technical/EPC team to deliver customized solutions as per client requirements.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in B2B or B2C sales, preferably in solar/renewable energy, electrical, or infrastructure sectors.
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Engineering, Commerce, Management, or equivalent).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand basic technical details of solar systems (training will be provided if needed).
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with field sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Willingness to travel within Telangana/neighboring states for client meetings.
